About Raw Golf Course Design

Raw Golf Course Design is a team of Europes most accomplished Tournament Professionals, Golf Course Designers, Golf Course Architects, Construction, Landscaping, Drainage, Irrigation, Agronomy, Maintenance, Management and Marketing Golf Experts.

Raw Golf Design brings together an integrated level of service not offered by any other Golf Course Design Company in Europe.

Raw Golf Design intend to provide designs for very high quality golf courses at affordable costs. By providing accurate and detailed drawings, together with precise specifications.

Ian Woosnam and D J Russell have toured the worlds great courses playing tournament golf, and been exposed to all that is good (and bad) about these courses, they have seen design concepts used successfully and adopt those same principles to their own work.

At the same time they have developed clear concepts on the elements required for a golf course to be considered great, and without imposing concepts that are foreign or innapropriate to the land with which is being worked, incorporating those ideas into their design work.

Meet the Team

David Williams - Golf Course Architect

David has over 20 years experience in all aspects of golf course design, over 100 completed projects and 28 new golf courses in europe.

David was Consultant Golf Course Architect to the PGA European Tour for over five years, during which time he collaborated with leading professionals in the design of tournament/resort courses throughout Europe.
